CASHIER @ VIPAWA WORKS
Vipawa Works is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cashier to manage our daily financial transactions. This role is ideal for individuals with a Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar finance position. The successful candidate will possess a basic knowledge of financial processes and bookkeeping, be proficient in English, and have fundamental skills in Excel and other office software. You will be responsible for handling daily cash and bank payments and receipts, ensuring the safekeeping of cash, cheques, company stamps, and all related financial documents. This position requires maintaining accurate cash and bank journals and ensuring that all balances match consistently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong commitment to financial accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements
Diploma or above, major in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
At least 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a finance role.
Basic knowledge of financial processes and bookkeeping.
Able to work in English; basic Excel and office software skills.
Handle daily cash and bank payments and receipts.
Safekeep cash, cheques, company stamps, and related financial documents.
Maintain cash and bank journals and ensure balances match.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial transactions.
Ability to efficiently manage and reconcile daily financial reports.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain meticulous financial records and documentation.
