Vipawa works is seeking an experienced Air Navigator Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for our operations in Iringa, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency in air navigation facilities and procedures. You will play a key role in the planning and development of our aviation services, adhering strictly to global standards to support our growing operations in the region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in aerospace engineering, Aviation or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
Experience with ICAO standards and recommended practices related to AAM or emerging aviation technologies.
Experience with the planning, development, implementation and operation of air navigation facilities, services and procedures.
A good command of oral and written English, Chinese will be added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills regarding complex navigation systems.
Ability to manage and oversee air navigation infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in aviation safety management systems.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in technical aviation environments.
Knowledge of international aviation regulatory frameworks and compliance.
