Vipawa Works is seeking a highly skilled Air Ground Lighting (AGL) Expert to join our technical team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the maintenance, design, and oversight of airfield ground lighting systems, ensuring compliance with international aviation safety regulations and airport authority guidelines. This role requires a professional who can lead complex infrastructure projects and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure airside operations remain efficient and safe.
Working from our Iringa location, you will be responsible for technical leadership in lighting design and maintenance. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in the aviation sector who can handle CAD software, simulation tools, and technical documentation with precision. Strong communication skills are essential to interface with various stakeholders, including airport management and engineering teams.

Key Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics Communication Engineering
8 years of professional experience with a focus on AGL systems
Mandatory experience in the aviation sector and airside infrastructure
Proficiency in ICAO Annex 14 and FAA standards
Strong familiarity with AGL design tools and CAD software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Masters degree is an added advantage
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
Willingness to travel to airport sites as required
