EXPORT AND DOCUMENTATION OFFICER @ VINDAR
Vindar is seeking a detail-oriented Export and Documentation Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing all export documentation to ensure the timely and compliant shipment of goods. You will act as the primary point of contact for shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, facilitating smooth export operations and ensuring strict adherence to international trade regulations.
In this role, you will coordinate extensively with internal departments, including warehouse and production teams, to ensure cargo readiness. You will monitor shipment schedules from dispatch to final delivery, resolve any documentation discrepancies that may arise, and maintain meticulous records for audit purposes. This is an essential role for maintaining our global supply chain efficiency and reputation for reliability.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business.
2–5 years of proven experience in export documentation, shipping, or freight forwarding.
Comprehensive knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Experience working with ERP systems and shipping documentation software.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with international clients and agents.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple shipments.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict shipping deadlines.
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and permit acquisition.
