Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in field sales or commercial management.
Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and hitting targets.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for market assessment.
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting for sales activities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
Outstanding leadership and mentorship skills to develop junior staff.
