PRODUCTION MANAGER @ VIJU TALENT
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing operation for bottled water and carbonated soft drinks (CSD) at our facility in Kwali, Abuja. This pivotal role involves managing the end-to-end production line, ensuring that all manufacturing workflows are optimized for efficiency, safety, and high-volume output. You will be expected to independently lead the production team and implement strategic planning to meet market demands while maintaining strict adherence to organizational goals.
In addition to operational oversight, you will ensure that all production activities strictly follow established quality control standards and regulatory requirements. This includes monitoring equipment performance, managing raw material inventory, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on the production floor. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and excellence, ensuring that the facility operates at peak capacity while delivering products that meet the highest industry benchmarks for the food and beverage sector in Nigeria.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in bottled water production processes.
In-depth knowledge of Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) manufacturing workflows.
Proven ability to independently manage a complete production line.
Strong organizational skills to align production with quality standards.
Expertise in technical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance supervision.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a diverse manufacturing team.
Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations in a factory setting.
Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation.
Ability to analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related technical discipline.
