HR LEARNING, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (HRLD) OFFICER @ VIGOR-TURKYS GROUP OF COMPANIES
Vigor-Turkys Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated HR Learning, Training and Development (HRLD) Officer to lead the design and implementation of strategic learning initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering organizational growth by managing comprehensive employee development programs, ensuring that staff members are equipped with the skills necessary to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's long-term objectives.
The role involves assessing organizational training needs, identifying skills gaps, and developing innovative training processes. You will facilitate sessions both online and in-person, coordinate onboarding and leadership programs, and manage the Training Management System (TMS). Additionally, the officer will prepare detailed learning analytics and dashboards to monitor training effectiveness while staying updated on modern learning trends and best practices to maintain a competitive workforce.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, Training, or Learning and Development.
Proven experience developing and facilitating training programs both physically and online.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
Experience using Training Management Systems (TMS) and HRIS platforms.
Expertise in employee onboarding, leadership development, and performance management.
Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP are highly preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR software.
Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and demonstrate high integrity.
