BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (AGRO & FROZEN FOODS) @ VICKKY EHORON
We are looking for a smart, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand distribution channels, and secure supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and bulk buyers for our Agro & Frozen Foods business. This full-time role is central to our expansion efforts in the Ikeja and Lagos markets, requiring a proactive professional who can identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. You will work closely with distribution partners and oversee the setup of new outlets to ensure wide availability of our products. This position offers a competitive salary plus attractive commissions and incentives for high performance.

Key Requirements
3–5 years experience in FMCG, Agro, Frozen Foods, or Distribution Sales
Strong knowledge of the Lagos market
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience in setting up outlets/distribution channels is an added advantage
Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the food industry
Strong relationship management skills for corporate clients and bulk buyers
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis tools
