ECCR PROGRAMME OFFICER @ VI AGROFORESTRY
Vi Agroforestry is seeking a dedicated and experienced ECCR Programme Officer to join our team in Tanzania. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission to promote agroforestry, climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, and biodiversity conservation across the region. You will lead technical programming, support the capacity development of our partners, and play an active role in advocacy and resource mobilization efforts to ensure high-quality delivery of our strategic goals.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, Agriculture, Forestry, or Natural Resource Management.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience within the NGO sector.
Proven experience in implementing agroforestry and climate change mitigation projects.
Strong technical leadership and project management capabilities.
Knowledge of international grant management and donor compliance requirements.
Excellent skills in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization.
Ability to support partner capacity building and training programs.
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
Proficiency in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of development programs.
