Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Proven expertise in gourmet burger preparation and meat grilling techniques.
Demonstrated ability to work at a sous chef level of responsibility.
Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP).
Capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a kitchen station.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High level of creativity and attention to detail in food presentation.
Willingness to commit to a 2-year employment contract.
Professional certification in culinary arts or a related field.
