Successful candidates will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, assisting doctors, and educating patients and their families. Key Requirements
Minimum qualification relevant to the position (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Nursing)
Active practicing license issued by the relevant regulatory body (e.g., Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council)
Minimum working experience of one (1) year in a clinical setting
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Ability to work effectively in a busy clinical environment, including emergency situations
Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
Compassionate and empathetic patient care approach
Knowledge of infection control procedures
Ability to maintain accurate patient records
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
