VERTEX GROUP OF EXPERTS is searching for a reliable Driver to support its extensive healthcare operations across Tanzania Mainland & Zanzibar. With facilities spanning Zanzibar, Morogoro, Makambako, and Dar es Salaam, efficient transportation is crucial for connecting our services and supporting our staff and patients. This position is integral to the smooth functioning of our medical network, ensuring timely and safe movement of personnel, patients, and supplies. There is 1 position available for a Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, patients, and medical supplies safely and efficiently between various locations. Candidates should possess a valid driving license, a clean driving record, and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that our operations continue to deliver quality care across all our Tanzanian facilities.
Key Requirements
Minimum qualification relevant to the position (e.g., valid driving license Class C1/C2)
Minimum working experience of one (1) year as a professional driver
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Ability to work in a busy clinical environment (implying transporting medical staff/patients/supplies)
Good knowledge of Tanzanian road networks and traffic laws
Safe driving record and defensive driving skills
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Punctuality and reliability
Physical fitness and stamina
Customer service orientation (for patient/staff transport)
