Key Requirements
12 to 18+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition leadership roles.
Proven track record in driving global talent strategy and organizational growth.
Expertise in leadership hiring and high-level executive search.
Strong strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring large HR teams.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or an equivalent qualification.
Extensive knowledge of HR compliance, governance, and best practices.
Ability to build and sustain high-performing corporate cultures.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.
Proficiency in leveraging HR technology and data-driven analytics.
