SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR – 4 NOS @ VARSHA HR DYNAMIC
This is an urgent hiring requirement for a long-term Oil & Gas project located in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking experienced Scaffolding Supervisors to oversee critical operations on-site. Candidates with previous experience in ADNOC projects will be highly prioritized for this role. The job involves managing teams, ensuring strict adherence to scaffolding safety standards, and coordinating with project engineers to meet deadlines.
The salary for this position is AED 4,000 – 4,500 based on a 10-hour shift. Medical insurance is provided as per UAE labor laws, and overtime is applicable after the standard 8-hour shift and a 1-hour break.

Key Requirements
Mandatory CISRS certification.
ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
Must be within the age limit of 20 to 49 years.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding within the Oil & Gas sector.
Proven ability to supervise and lead a team of scaffolders and foremen.
Extensive knowledge of international scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical scaffolding blueprints.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage site emergencies.
Physical fitness and capacity to work in high-temperature outdoor environments.
