SCAFFOLDING INSPECTOR – 3 NOS @ VARSHA HR DYNAMIC
An opportunity is available for Scaffolding Inspectors to join an elite team for a long-term Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibility is to conduct thorough inspections of all scaffolding structures to ensure they are safe for use and compliant with project specifications. Candidates holding ADNOC approval will have a significant advantage in the selection process.
The salary range offered is AED 4,000 – 4,500 for a 10-hour duty period. Benefits include free catering, company-provided accommodation, and dedicated transportation. The company also provides medical insurance coverage. Overtime is calculated for hours worked after the first 8 hours, providing an excellent earning potential for dedicated safety professionals.

Key Requirements
CISRS certification is a mandatory requirement.
ADNOC Approval is highly advantageous for this role.
Age limit requirement is 20 to 49 years.
Expertise in identifying structural hazards in scaffolding systems.
Strong analytical skills to assess load-bearing capacities.
Proficiency in generating detailed inspection and non-compliance reports.
In-depth knowledge of UAE scaffolding safety codes.
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
Professional certification in health and safety (NEBOSH or equivalent) is preferred.
Exceptional integrity and a commitment to workplace safety.
