SCAFFOLDING FOREMAN – 4 NOS @ VARSHA HR DYNAMIC
We are currently looking for Scaffolding Foremen to join our upcoming long-term project in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry who can lead a crew effectively. The role focuses on the execution of scaffolding plans and ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed by the scaffolding team on the ground.
Compensation for this role is set at AED 2,500 – 3,000 for an 8-hour shift. In addition to the base salary, employees will receive free food, shared accommodation, and medical insurance. Transportation is provided by the company, and workers are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard shift, making this a stable and rewarding opportunity.

Key Requirements
Valid CISRS certification is mandatory.
Prior experience in the UAE Oil & Gas sector is a plus.
Age must be between 20 and 49 years.
Demonstrated experience in leading a scaffolding crew on large-scale projects.
Proficiency in scaffold assembly, dismantling, and modification.
Sound understanding of health, safety, and environment (HSE) procedures.
Ability to maintain daily site records and reports.
Good interpersonal skills for coordinating with supervisors and subordinates.
Commitment to maintaining high productivity while ensuring safety.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and work at significant heights.
