We are hiring a large workforce of 80 Scaffolders for a major long-term project in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for skilled workers to join a reputable Oil & Gas project. The duties involve the physical assembly and disassembly of scaffolding components under the guidance of foremen, ensuring that all work is done efficiently and safely at various heights.
The monthly salary is AED 1,300 – 1,400 for an 8-hour workday. The company offers a complete welfare package including free food, housing, and transportation. Medical insurance is also included. Overtime pay is available for any work performed beyond the standard 8 hours, offering a chance for higher take-home pay.

Key Requirements
CISRS certification is required for all applicants.
Previous experience in scaffold erection and dismantling.
Candidates must be between 20 and 49 years of age.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in a desert climate.
Comfortable working at high elevations for extended periods.
Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines precisely.
Willingness to work as part of a large, multicultural team.
Basic understanding of safety equipment and PPE usage.
Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Ability to undergo and pass an ADNOC-standard medical fitness test.
