HR BUSINESS PARTNER @ VAN MO SAFARIS
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the growing workforce at VAN MO SAFARIS in Arusha. The HRBP will act as a strategic link between management and employees, driving initiatives that enhance organizational culture and operational efficiency. This role covers the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and labor relations.
A successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of local labor laws and have specific experience within the tourism sector to navigate its unique workforce challenges. You will be expected to manage employee relations with professionalism, implement training programs, and ensure the company remains a top employer in the region. Key Requirements
Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Minimum 4 years of general Human Resource experience
At least 2 years in an HRBP or HR Generalist supervisory role
Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within the tourism industry
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Expertise in HR operations and employee relations management
Proven ability in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Strong organizational development and performance management skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
