Key Requirements
Valid driving or riding permit for motorcycles or bicycles.
Excellent knowledge of the Kampala geography and routes.
Punctuality and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
Strong physical fitness for handling packages.
Basic literacy for reading addresses and delivery notes.
Customer service skills when interacting with recipients.
Ability to operate GPS or navigation applications.
Responsibility for the safety and condition of goods.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
