Valuepersqft is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our growing real estate firm in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing real estate channel sales and establishing builder tie-ups. You will be expected to drive team performance to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client interaction and relationship management. As a leader, you will provide guidance to the sales team, oversee individual and team sales goals, and ensure that all members are equipped with the necessary training and resources. The position requires a dynamic professional with deep knowledge of the local real estate landscape and a proven ability to close high-value deals.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years in real estate channel sales
Strong knowledge of the Chennai real estate market
Extensive builder network connections
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of CRM software
High energy, persistence, and a positive attitude
Ability to manage and grow real estate channel sales
Proven track record in driving team performance
Experience in builder tie-ups and achieving revenue targets
