Key Requirements
10–12+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Mandatory experience in the Plastic Industry
Proven leadership in business development
Strong expertise in sales strategy formulation
Demonstrated history of successful market expansion
Advanced team management and mentoring capabilities
Experience in managing high-stakes client portfolios
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills
Proficiency in monitoring market trends and competitor analysis
