VAAL Real Estate Tanzania is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our internal marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that represents our brand, including brochures, social media graphics, digital advertisements, and marketing materials for our luxury real estate projects.
You will work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure visual consistency and high impact across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to translate real estate concepts into compelling visual stories that resonate with our target market.

Key Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in digital design for social media and web platforms.
Knowledge of layout principles and typography.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
Experience in real estate industry marketing is a plus.
Understanding of modern digital design trends.
