Utel Global is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in Mtwara, Tanzania. This immediate opening requires an individual dedicated to ensuring that all products, processes, and services meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our operations and the high quality of our deliverables, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include performing regular inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products at various stages of production. The successful candidate will document inspection results, identify non-conformities, and work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions. This role demands keen attention to detail, a thorough understanding of quality control methodologies, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Proficiency in using various measurement tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
Experience with documenting inspection results and reporting non-conformities.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Strong communication skills for collaborating with production teams.
