Usangu Logistics (T) Ltd is recruiting a Transport Officer to oversee our transport operations and fleet management in Dar es Salaam. This role requires a professional capable of coordinating logistics activities, managing vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. The candidate will work to optimize fleet utilization and maintain high standards of operational productivity.
This position is open to Indian nationals with a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in transport and logistics. Strong technical skills in SAP B1 and MS Office are essential for managing transport data and operational workflows. We are looking for an organized individual who can handle the complexities of large-scale logistics and lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, or related studies.
2-4 years of professional experience in the Transport and Logistics industry.
Nationality requirement: Indian.
Expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1) software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet coordination.
Excellent organizational skills for managing complex delivery schedules.
Ability to lead and supervise logistics personnel and drivers.
Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of improving transport efficiency and reducing costs.
