SALES OFFICER (2 POSITIONS) @ USAJILI DIGITAL
Usajili Digital is currently seeking two motivated and results-oriented Sales Officers to join their team in Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional service to existing clients within the logistics and transport sectors.
Successful candidates will be expected to leverage their expertise in negotiation and relationship management to achieve set targets. The role offers a professional environment for individuals who are passionate about sales and possess a deep understanding of market dynamics in the Tanzanian logistics industry.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for those with a background in logistics or transport.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex business deals.
Proven ability to generate new business leads and expand the company’s customer portfolio.
Basic understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying focused on organizational goals.
Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and improve service delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales management software.
