Key Requirements
5–8 years in marketing with strong FMCG or consumer brand experience.
Prior ownership of specific brands or SKUs with measurable results.
Hands-on experience across digital, offline, and trade marketing channels.
Proven experience managing internal marketing teams and external agencies.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Openness and willingness to relocate internationally to Tanzania.
Experience in Tier 2/3 markets or emerging markets is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies.
Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing ROI and brand performance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
