A leading IT Systems Integrator is looking for a seasoned Chief Sales Officer to manage its commercial operations in Uganda and the surrounding regions. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the full revenue performance, with a specific focus on delivering USD 8 million in Gross Profit. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic foresight with operational sales performance to ensure long-term growth and market dominance.

Key duties include driving margin discipline, expanding the customer footprint, and maintaining strong distributor partnerships. The candidate must possess strong financial acumen to manage commercial decision-making effectively. As a senior leader, you will be expected to operate independently while providing executive presence across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Zambia.

Key Requirements

15-18 years of experience in ICT enterprise sales. Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role. Proven experience managing large accounts and complex deal cycles. Strong exposure to commercial decision-making and margin control. High level of financial literacy and executive presence. Proven ability to operate independently and deliver measurable results. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive gross profit growth. Experience in aligning sales operations with distributor networks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the C-suite level. Deep understanding of the ICT market landscape in East and Southern Africa.
