Unizon Taskforce Technology is expanding its specialized recruitment wing and is seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter to join the team in Dehradun. This on-site role focuses on identifying and placing medical professionals in various facilities across the United States. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to final placement and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar US staffing role.
Ability to work night shifts consistently to align with US business hours.
Strong understanding of various US visa types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Ability to conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate fit for specific roles.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in HR or related field is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet monthly hiring targets.
