ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR @ UNIVIO CONSULTANTS
Univio Consultants is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a significant Refinery Project located in Nigeria. This role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within an industrial refinery setting, ensuring all operations adhere to strict safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, manage work schedules, and coordinate with other departments to ensure project timelines are met efficiently. This is a full-time contract position for one year with the possibility of renewal based on performance and project requirements.
The position offers a fixed monthly salary of INR 65,000 (approximately USD 780) plus FAT (Food, Accommodation, and Transport) benefits. Additionally, the company provides a free visa and a free flight ticket to the project site. Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in an oil and gas or refinery environment.
In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, circuits, and power distribution.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of technicians.
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and technical manuals.
Certification or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex electrical faults.
Experience with high-voltage equipment and transformer maintenance.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for multi-departmental projects.
Willingness to relocate to Nigeria for a one-year renewable contract.
