United Securities is expanding its team and looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative – Front Office. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and motivated individuals ready to build a career in the financial services and brokerage industry. As part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and client satisfaction, you will act as the primary contact point for clients through various communication channels like phone, email, and chat. The responsibilities include guiding clients on trading platforms and market tools, assisting with account maintenance, and coordinating with departments like Compliance and Operations to resolve issues efficiently. Candidates should be proficient in both Arabic and English and have a strong understanding of financial terminology. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in customer service/support, preferably in financial services
Strong understanding of financial terminology and basic investment concepts
Very good bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing systems
Familiarity with trading platforms is a significant advantage
Strong integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
Ability to coordinate with Compliance, Trading, and Operations teams
