DEPOT MANAGER @ UNITED PETROLEUM
The Depot Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the fuel depot while maintaining high operational standards and excellent customer service. This role involves overseeing day-to-day depot operations, supervising staff, and managing complex fuel receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities. The manager must monitor depot performance, ensure equipment is properly maintained, and guarantee product quality throughout the distribution chain.
Furthermore, the Depot Manager will drive operational efficiency and focus on delivering excellent customer service. The role demands strong leadership, inventory management, planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure all depot activities align with company objectives and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in petroleum depot or fuel terminal operations
Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities
Expertise in fuel storage and inventory control systems
Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulatory requirements
Advanced planning and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage complex operational performance metrics
Proven experience in operational efficiency improvements
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Proficiency in equipment maintenance coordination
