Key Requirements
Prior teaching experience within the UAE is mandatory.
Must meet recruitment and qualification criteria set by ADEK.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Commitment to educational excellence and continuous improvement.
Degree in English Literature or English Education.
Proven experience teaching the American Curriculum.
Ability to design engaging English lesson plans for students.
Proficiency in tracking and reporting student performance.
Strong classroom management techniques and student rapport.
Capability to integrate technology effectively in the classroom.
