Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction sector.
Proficiency in engineering software and AutoCAD.
Deep understanding of structural design principles and codes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong leadership skills to manage on-site technical teams.
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Valid UAE driving license is considered an advantage.
Experience in managing high-rise or large infrastructure projects.
