Key Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience on high-rise or commercial projects.
In-depth understanding of UAE building codes and construction regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software tools.
Strong leadership skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for technical issues.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality control standards.
Valid UAE driving license is often preferred for site visits.
