UNIQUEROYALHOTELANDSUITEs is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the face of our hotel. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including answering phones, processing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries. Efficiency and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role as you represent the brand to all incoming guests. The Receptionist must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and handle administrative tasks such as booking management and payment processing. Key Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
Hands-on experience with office equipment like fax machines and printers.
Professional attitude and excellent personal presentation.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when guest issues arise.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitor traffic smoothly.
