Key Requirements
1-3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Proven experience in travel planning and client support roles.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzania's tourism attractions and logistics is an added advantage.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Demonstrated commitment to providing high-level customer service.
Experience in managing client feedback and resolving travel-related issues.
