As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day business operations and support the expansion of our sanctuary. This role is central to ensuring that our facility remains a premier destination for health and community engagement in the region.
The Operations Manager will handle critical administrative and operational functions, ranging from financial reporting and staff performance management to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our events and monitoring internal processes to maximize efficiency.
