UMATI is seeking two dedicated Call Centre Agents to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality support and information to our clients, particularly focusing on health, gender, and community development initiatives. This role requires individuals who are empathetic, professional, and capable of managing various inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Key Requirements
Minimum Diploma Level in public health (nursing, clinical management, etc.).
Diploma in Gender, community development, or social studies.
At least one (1) year of professional experience in a similar role.
Must be a permanent resident of Dar es Salaam.
Experience in Telesales or outbound calling is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swahili and English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry systems.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse client groups.
