CATEGORY SENIOR SPECIALIST – PROCUREMENT @ ULTIMATE HR SOLUTIONS
Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking a driven Category Senior Specialist to join their team in Dubai on a 6-month extendable contract. The successful candidate will take ownership of strategic sourcing across multiple categories, including outsourcing, recruitment agencies, travel, and consultancy services across various operating countries. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring that all sourcing requirements are met while driving significant cost-saving initiatives for the organization. Salary - AED 12,000 to AED 13,000/-.
The role involves leading supplier negotiations, developing contracts, and monitoring compliance to ensure service level adherence. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, Legal, and Finance teams to build strong relationships and provide market intelligence. Proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-RFx tools is essential, as you will handle complex RFx processes ranging from AED 100K up to AED 15M. The candidate will also perform data analysis and market research to identify savings opportunities and track KPIs to measure procurement performance.

Key Requirements
6+ years of procurement experience
Minimum 3 years in a senior procurement role
Strong expertise in sourcing, contract management, and RFx processes
Experience working with SAP Ariba or e-RFx tools
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract terms, and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
MCIPS certification is considered a plus
Ability to manage end-to-end procurement activities independently
Proven track record of driving cost-saving initiatives and supplier evaluation
