RELATIONSHIP OFFICER @ UBUNTUIMPACT
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to act as the face of Ubuntuimpact within our Microfinance Banking division. Your primary role will be to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of financial services. You will be responsible for client acquisition, conducting site visits, and assisting customers through the loan application process.
Success in this role requires a proactive approach to sales and a deep understanding of our microfinance products. You will monitor your client portfolio closely to ensure timely repayments and identify opportunities for additional services. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Knowledge of microfinance lending products and basic financial analysis.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits to client premises and markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swahili.
High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
