Key Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 7 years of senior leadership experience in the banking or microfinance sector.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong expertise in strategic planning and implementation of business models.
Excellent people management skills with experience in leading large, diverse teams.
Deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in Tanzania.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills at an executive level.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
High degree of financial literacy and experience in budget management.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to changing economic environments.
