CREDIT ANALYST @ UBUNTUIMPACT
Ubuntuimpact is currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Credit Analyst to join our Microfinance Banking division. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of loan applicants by examining financial data, credit history, and market conditions. You will play a vital role in managing risk for the institution, ensuring that all lending activities align with our internal policies and regulatory standards.
Beyond technical analysis, you will work closely with Relationship Officers to understand client needs and provide constructive feedback on loan applications. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field of study.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in credit analysis or banking operations.
In-depth knowledge of credit risk management principles and financial modeling.
Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and interpreting complex data sets.
Familiarity with local microfinance regulations and lending compliance standards.
Excellent report writing skills with the ability to present findings to management.
High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with various internal departments.
