Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian banking regulatory reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to contribute to strategic planning and business growth.
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
