CORE BANKING TECHNICAL LEAD @ UBUNTU IMPACT
Ubuntu Impact is looking for a Core Banking Technical Lead to drive our technical operations and infrastructure strategy. You will be responsible for managing the stability, security, and performance of our core banking systems to ensure seamless business operations.
This role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives. You will oversee system upgrades, integrations, and ensure that our technical architecture meets the evolving demands of the financial sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Proven experience with core banking systems
Knowledge of database management systems
Experience in managing software development lifecycles
Strong cybersecurity awareness
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Experience with cloud migration in banking
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Excellent stakeholder management skills
