BRANCH MANAGER @ UBUNTU IMPACT
Ubuntu Impact is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our operations in either Dar es Salaam or Mwanza. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will lead a diverse team, implement bank-wide policies, and ensure that the branch reaches its sales and service targets. Please note that this role may be based in either Dar es Salaam or Mwanza, depending on business requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum 7 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in leadership
Proven track record in driving branch growth
Strong operational management skills
Deep understanding of retail banking products
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Strong sales and marketing capabilities
Ability to motivate and develop teams
High level of integrity and ethical behavior
Strong local market knowledge
