We are seeking two motivated IT Officer interns to join our technical team in Dar es Salaam for a six-month paid internship. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and efficiency of our internal IT systems and providing support to our staff members. It is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a degree in IT or Computer Science to gain practical experience in infrastructure management and technical support.
Interns will be involved in hardware setups, software installations, and basic network troubleshooting. You will also assist in monitoring system performance and implementing security measures to protect company data. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential technical issues and a dedication to providing high-quality service to internal users.

Key Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Basic knowledge of network configuration and maintenance
Familiarity with various operating systems including Windows and Linux
Understanding of data backup and recovery procedures
Ability to provide professional technical support to end-users
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and implementation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to document technical issues and their resolutions clearly
Analytical thinking and a high level of attention to detail
