ACCOUNTANT @ UBEPARI PC
Ubepari PC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team in Tanzania. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, and assisting with TRA filing. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can provide expert tax consultation while also contributing to sales efforts when necessary. The position is based in Magomeni Mapipa, and the successful candidate will be expected to attend an interview at Ubepari Park. The salary for this position ranges from 900,000 to 1.5 Million TZS depending on the candidate's level of experience. This is a full-time role requiring a commitment to accuracy, deadline management, and high-level financial reporting. Candidates must be prepared to work within the local regulatory framework and support the company's financial health through diligent accounting practices.
Key Requirements
Must be a Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in an accounting or financial role.
Extensive knowledge of tax consultation and proficiency in filing with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
Strong ability in sales or business development is an added advantage.
Excellent proficiency in accounting software packages and Microsoft Excel.
Comprehensive understanding of local financial laws and tax regulations.
Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports on a monthly basis.
Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members.
