Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIM, PRSA) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications.
At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role within the banking or financial sector.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing and PR campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Strong understanding of the Tanzanian media landscape and regulatory environment.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media, and brand positioning.
Ability to manage complex budgets and deliver measurable ROI on marketing spend.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
