TEAM LEAD – IT & DIGITAL BANKING CONTROL @ UBA GROUP
The Team Lead – IT & Digital Banking Control is responsible for strengthening the Bank's information security controls, identifying technology risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong security culture. This role is based in Dar Es Salaam.
Key responsibilities include detecting and mitigating IT security risks, advising on information security, and monitoring IT controls. The lead will work with internal stakeholders to perform risk assessments, audits, and improve cyber resilience across the organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cyber Security
1-2 years of experience in IT security or systems auditing
Knowledge of banking operations and IT risk management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of information security controls
Ability to conduct system audits and risk assessments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and advisory skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
Experience with banking software systems
