RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - OIL & GAS / ENERGY SECTOR @ UBA BANK TANZANIA
UBA Bank Tanzania is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to take on the role of Relationship Manager within the Corporate and Commercial Banking department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth specifically within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector. This role involves proactive client acquisition, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and managing a robust portfolio to ensure credit quality and profitability.
In addition to business development, the candidate will lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers and Officers, ensuring that the bank's targets for revenue, deposits, and risk assets are consistently met. The role requires a deep understanding of market trends in the energy sector, the ability to structure complex financial solutions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management across all operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or social sciences.
Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.
Proven experience or exposure in the Oil & Gas/Energy sector.
Strong credit and relationship management skills.
Excellent leadership and team-development capabilities.
Proficiency in banking operations, policies, and procedures.
Strong business development and client acquisition track record.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Advanced IT and computer literacy.
